It should say something like (name of your daughter) Has finally reached her goal, and is ready to attain her dreams. Please attend the ceremony to celebrate her hard work and achievements(date and time) and give a number and email to RSVP.

A twenty-five-year-old is an adult. It means she is responsible for her own social life. She should send invitations to her own parties, announcements of the births of her own children, thank-you notes for gifts she has received, announcements that she has moved house – and announcements of her graduation from university.

The only time anyone sends out announcements on her behalf after she has grown up is to her wedding shower (which someone else is supposed to throw for her), a baby shower (someone else is supposed to throw it for her), a surprise party for her (someone else is supposed to throw it for her), and her funeral (because she'd be dead and unable to announce that fact herself).

A twenty-five-year-old is way too old for someone else to be attending to her social obligations. She should know that. Someone should have made her send her own announcements of her HIGH SCHOOL graduation, as training for her future as a socially competent adult.

It's just not the responsibility of anyone you mentioned except the graduate herself.
