Yes I do know her, and I am very close to her. She has had customers for 20 years and she would never betray any of them. Also, there was no comment made from Liv. I don't think they offer a gift certificate, but what you can do is call this store called Whatshebuys.com. They're located in San Gabriel, California. I went there before, and the owner is super nice. You can ask the owner if you can buy a gift certificate for your friend from her store, so that your friend can use it to buy Phytologie products which she sells.
