Typically it's something along the lines of:

NAME
would like to announce his/her graduation from
SCHOOL
where he/she has achieved her
DEGREE

Location, date, and time are usually included even if it's not an invitation. If there is room, you can include a note about your plans after graduation. (NAME will continue her studies at SCHOOL).
