I paid $2.99 for a graduation announcement in high resolution pdf format. It came through with no name on it but all the drafts have the name on them. There is no way to contact these people.

I just paid for a 1.99 invitation on PayPal that I created. How long will it take to be sent to my email? The notice was sent that I paid but not the actual invitation.

I need help. The design I like has a cream background with a crowd image on top. Is there a way to change the cream to white while still having the crowd image? When I change “background” to white, the whole thing goes white and I lose everything – even after playing with layer tools. When I print these at Kinkos on to the card stock I choose, is that cream color going to be there and printing on top? I just want a black and white flyer to print on colored stock!

hi Britt, unfortunately when you change out the background image or color it will remove the background image. We don’t have a way to keep the image intact and only allowing the color to change at this time.
