I'd say you'll be there greeting all the guests as they come in…have them all sign a guest book or get a hard cover book that's special to you for them to sign on the pages, etc. I don't know what professional field you plan on entering. You could also pass out the party favor to them if you want if you're serving a buffet meal. If there are tables and place settings, you could leave their gift at each place setting. Or have little baskets holding the party favors with some candy for the guests on each table.

Party favor ideas: candy bar with personalized wrapper….M&M's personalized with your photo and grad date…key rings, luggage tags, bags of candy with a thank you tag…personalized tin of mints

Decorations: balloons go a long way in creating drama and making things festive. Group helium balloons in odd numbers: use your red, white and silver ones together weighted down in small gift bags filled with tissue paper liner as centerpieces on all the tables and at the receiving table, etc.

Since guests might be curious as to what you've been doing all those college years, you could create a poster board and attach photos and items of interest for them to stop and look at.

Other ideas: Photo confetti: little circles with your cap and gown on scattered all over the tables as confetti. (order online)

Meeting, greeting, music, dancing, eating, socializing and having cake will take up a good portion of time. With that kind of crowd, it's not really feasible to play "games"…but check with the DJ to see what kinds of entertainment ideas he can come up with (if they're any good, they know how to bring crowds together).

Very simple. Are you having a party at all?

Usually your school provides packages with such things but if they were overpriced, I understand why you didn't go with them.

Michaels has plain stationary. You buy it (in the wedding section) and just print your full name is graduating Blah High School, on the 7th of June, two thousand and ten.

Are you inviting people? I know my school provided 7 tickets and that was all the people you could invite. Then we had a gathering at my house afterwards with the whole family. So if you are doing anything like that, you'd send out an invite to celebrate the party.

There are lots of good stationary stores online but they sell by the 25 and the first 25 is the most expensive. You'd be better off going to Michael's and buying a Make Your Own Invitations package.
